Each advisory council has up to 30 members -- all volunteers: 17 consumers and 13 provider representatives, broadly representative of geographic and other interests in its planning district. · Valley Health Council, serving the 5 counties and 5 cities of Planning District 6 (Augusta, Bath, Highland, Rockbridge and Rockingham counties and the cities of Buena Vista, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton and Waynesboro) -- generally meets on the third Wednesday of alternate months, at 6:30 P.M. · Lord Fairfax Health Council, serving Planning District 7 (Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah and Warren counties and the City of Winchester) -- generally meets on the second Tuesday of alternate months, at 6:30 P.M. · Rappahannock-Rapidan Health Council, serving Planning District 9 (Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties) -- currently inactive · Jefferson Health Council, serving Planning District 10 (Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson counties and the City of Charlottesville -- generally meets quarterly, on the third Thursday of the month, at 6:30 P.M. · Rappahannock Health Advisory Council, serving Planning District 16 (Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford counties and the City of Fredericksburg) -- generally meets on the second Wednesday of the month, at 6:30 P.M.
